The Artist Within opens this weekend located behind the uptown City Market. Owner Carol Schneider said she had given up and would live with man hands. After a couple applications of Bizzy Bee hand cream and Bee Nuts! Cuticle oil she could already see a difference. We were excited when she chose to carry our products in her new store. The grand opening is Saturday this week from 1-5pm. All shoppers will receive a 10% discount!

The Artist Within fills a much needed gap in the crafty world for Pagosa Springs. She has a large open space next to Nature’s Solutions. As you enter the store, you are greeted with a gallery of wearable art including purses, hats, scarves, totes and jewelry. Next you find the bead room with the largest selection of beading inventory in town! The yarn room (which will be expanded soon) already includes yarn, purse patters, and fabrics.

The open classroom at the back of the store will provide a great opportunity for locals to take classes on a variety of interests. Schedule for June includes:

· June 12- Chain Maille 1-5pm· June 19- Polymer Clay Play Day 11-6pm

· June 26- Metal Clay Rings 1-5pm
